Body Dialoging – February 8: Through the Glitch Into Your Truth
After a soul song that holds the intention of clearing and opening to allowing, we explored the depths of grace and Divinity within ourselves. With a balance of peace, grace, harmony and adaptation, our soul group moved into a process of out-picturing life a year from now and discovered how effortlessly we can co-create this experience.
We played with the concept of a glitch in our system and moved to a conversation on sharing and living our truth. We allowed ourselves to just be with whatever comes up without judgement and affirmed our willingness and ability to stay open to the guidance and help that exists for our own growth.
By exploring the glitch, we are able to play with and really peer into our truth.
