Spontaneous Transformation Technique – October 23, 2024 REPLAY
Jennifer started with The Soul Power Formula, walking people through it using her own experience of upset in the moment to model this special system that allows the expression of emotion to unwind the upset.
The session with a member who was terrified about entering the job market. Not knowing it’s a real job. Not knowing who is seeing it. Jennifer worked extensively to literally change her mind using the “what if…” process. She also discussed the mechanics of vibrations and that the vibrations she was expressing initially to what she was expressing through her power during the “what if…” process. She also discussed how standing in the center of your soul from the “what if…” process actually creates natural protection that is real and works…

Jennifer started member sessions right away and they were quite remarkable and included:
— Intellectually understand the next steps, but can’t make myself do it; I hide out; I want to release things that are holding me back. Jennifer: What do you want? We often don’t know what we want. Manifestation comes from being the energy of what you want. For example, if you want a house, go do Habitat for Humanity- get in the energy of doing it. You must be the energy of what you are seeking. Jennifer shared a simple, yet powerful exercise to vibrate in the energy of abundance versus lack.
— We make assumptions that we need to help people when they didn’t ask. Now I know, I trust their soul to ask me when they need support. Our job is to evolve ourselves…

Wonderful session work on this that brought forward unique original insights and healing.
— Scattered energy that is moving into something big. I’m stepping into something new… a new energy field. I don’t know what I’m being called to transform. The husband wants to retire. All is new right now; we are moving into new energies. Pluto with Aquarius are bringing in a new 20-year energy cycle that was similar to the French Revolution. With that, there is a new generational energy. It is a time when all are wondering, and some are afraid of this big, huge unknown. We get to be ok in the midst of that.

We played with challenges of an old health issue and had a therapist that I personally use that she can drive to… yay!

— I lost my parents 2 & 3 years ago and still dealing with a lot of grief. How do I move through that? Jennifer: Your soul says, “Be.” Feel it…forever…because grief indicates how much we loved. You’re one of the lucky ones – you had parents that you loved, right? “Yes.” Feel your feelings. Let it grab you. Allow it. It’s not something you get over. It’s something that is part of your life now.
Jennifer shared about her own experience after losing her sister. The loss is a deep, deep, deep, sharp pain in the heart. It never really goes away. It may dull over time and sometimes come into sharp focus. This is the meat of the sandwich. The bread on the outside…

We dove right into session work and our first caller shared how she is truly living from: ”Life is here for me” and further, “it is past an inkling.” We finally get to resolve the losses of the past and live fully now from the healing we have had through the years
Session 2: Working on releasing trapped emotions. So long on my own. Coping skills is to bury everything, continued through adult life in an abusive marriage. Trauma with children. Triggers are buried. We moved into, “What if I was completely healed?” And see that we are no longer those past incidents we are now moving into light and freedom…
